File Not Found Error After Internet Reconnection
I was downloading a .mp4 file from an http website.
Internet connection was disconnected automatically for some time. After connecting Internet when I tried to resume downloads, "file not found" error was reported. URL (shown after double-clicking on respective download) shows an additional double-inverted comma symbol (") after .mp4 (i.e., **External links are only visible to Support Staff**). How can I edit URL to get rid of this double-inverted comma? The size of .mp4 file is 1.5 GB and I have already downloaded 750 MB. I don't want to reset the link again. |

JD doesn't have a function for that, but please upload the log to make it clear.

If the link was generated by some script etc., then it is possible that each session has it's own link and if the connection is broken, then the link is no longer available.
Check this: -- start download via browser then break the download -- close the browser and open it again, paste the link and try to download it again - if it will display the error "file not found" then the link was generated for specific session and server won't allow another session to download/use it again.
