Default Unable to resume (priority?) bug

I have priority set for a few files (all from the same server with a 1 minute wait time). I'm having trouble resuming the listed incomplete files (set to higher priority). JDownloader is stubbornly ignoring them to start downloading new files first instead.

Ps. Does JD have a "checK" function? (I would like to force-check the integrity of the incomplete files.)

? The picture shows that the incomplete files don't have priority.
Try remove priority set (all) and let download from top to bottom.
If you suspect priority is the problem, test priority in JD2.
JD doesn't have check integrity function.
