Here I have written a Script for the D-Link DGL 4100 Router...It may will work on the DGL 4300 and other upnp Routers. You have to test it....If the IP from your Router isn't 192.168.0.1 you have to adapt the Script because the Script doesn't scan for upnp devices. It just sends the string via Netcat to the specific IP and port of the Router. So you have also to install Netcat to get it working.
