Unhappy Weird and slow connection

Hi all!
I'm not much of a tech girl so please bear with me

I'm using Rapidgator with a premium account (worked fine until a couple of weeks ago), yet my download speed is very slow.

Usually I download at 1.5MB per second, but now it goes as down as 0-100k everytime.
Once I stop the download and resume it, the connection spikes to sometimes as high as it used to, but it only lasts a couple of minutes and then it's slowing back to 0-100k. If I repeat the process, it will repeat spiking then slowing down...

The weird thing is that this is happening after three weeks of crazy problems: it started out with "plugin out of date" errors, problems with re-connection, downloads stopping in the middle for no reason and even problem starting JDownloader itself...

Tech info:
- I am not using a firewall other than the one Windows 7 has (32bit) and JD is allowed there.
- The settings are: 1 max dl and 1 connection
- No antivirus
- Java is updated to version 7, update 10 (did that today just to make sure)
- My computer is constantly connected to the internet through a cable which goes directly in the router (D-Link DIR-615)
- JD is updated to JDownloader -NIGHTLY- Build 19147
- Log can be found here: http://jdownloader.org/pastebin/102982

Soooooooooooo.... what can I do??

So If you are not a tech girl, why are you using nightly, this version is for developers read more of this version in the following link:
http://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=5365

In your case you can test if rapidgator works in JDownloader 2 (beta), you can dowload it below in my signature.

If after you test JDownloade 2, you get the same problem that you have now, post your problem here:
http://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=36734

And before post something read the rules of the Hoster-Plugin Reports forum here: http://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=18185

Finally, read more of the updates of JDownloader in the following link:
