[Solved] oxycloud.com: Account is needed to download bigger files

Hi,

since few days, account is required to download bigger files from oxycloud.com (I'm not sure what a big file is, around 600 MB and bigger)

If you login with account you can download it, doesn't matter if it's premium or not.

Unfortunately it looks like that JDownloader ignores free accounts and tries to download file without logging in. It fails with "Files not found" error message.

Could you please take a look at this?

Steps to reproduce:

1. As anonymous user go to:
   

   **External links are only visible to Support Staff**
   

2. You should see this error message:
   

   You must register for a premium account to download files of this size. Please use the links above to register or login.

1. Login with any valid user credentials on oxycloud.com/login.html
2. As logged in user go to:
   

   **External links are only visible to Support Staff**
   

3. You will be able to download this file.

Test credentials:

I just updated my JD and it seems that I'm able to use free oxycloud account. Thank you.

Unfortunately it introduced another problem.
Before update it was possible to download multiple files in parallel but now I can download only one file at once.

It looks like that return value of getMaxSimultaneousFreeAccountDownloads() in src/jd/plugins/hoster/OxycloudCom.java is incorrect.

This value has not changed via the update but indeed it is wrong.

I've corrected this. Update should go live soon.

there's an issue with free account.

Despite it's configured and OK in Settings > Account Manager, the link status shows:
Skipped - Account is missing
