Ok, seem im the last person here to report the FS plug-in is out of date,
read the page before, and look like the JD Support alredi workin this issue out...
Just now i tried downloadin from FS, pushed the web update, but still not working...

Hope to get it fixed asap...

I enabled "Do not inform me about important updates" in Settings -> Basics -> General, inport new plug in and still cant download, plugin outdated and i import plugin from few pages before , i upload log again

The code has been corrected, but not released yet. Just wait for the next update.
When? I hope at least next month. Just check the Changelog page.
How? Just accept the update when you start JD.

I hope it's clear enough, otherwise Psp will write warning with very big font. :D

Maybe if the post about the thing being fixed was with proper punctuation and grammar there would be less people asking about it.

I also thought at first that what was actually fixed was the waiting time for the next update

Just this morning I launched JD, it told me there as 1 update. I let it do it. From the 'what's updated' on the site it said FS was also updated, which I hoped because I've been having problems with FS for weeks now (the ones mentioned above, so file not found, file deleted, hoster problem, and so on). The update didn't solve anything, however. In the past I have installed that older plugin from 2 pages back. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. More important, I've noticed that from whereverwhere JD constantly copies back the newer plugin (whenever you start JD), so the one that I've overwritten with the older plugin. Why does it do that (???) At the moment it is working, but I am sure within 1 hour it will quit doing so.

I have nightly 14999 which is what the webinstaller downloaded when I reinstalled JD (which, unfortunately, didn't solve the problem thus).

Thanks anyway to the developers, I understand it must be a tough job to get this one right. So thanks for doing it :D

For current Stable 0.9.581, plugin FSc 14998 works.
For current Nightly, FSc doesn't work, wait for Jiaz.

Can confirm FSc 14998 works for me. atlhough it seems to no longer be interacting with CaptchaTrader plugin unlike the other hosts. I'm off investigating that.

The updated filesonic.com plug-in has been released. Update jD by restarting jD twice and report back with example links and log if it wouldn't work for you.

How do you get a 'stable' in the first place if I may ask? Because I installed using the webinstaller, which obviously installed the nightly, and there isn't an offline full installer on the site to install stable (?) So the site is pushing nightly, not stable?

That's the first time I read that. The Nightly test version is an experimental version of jD made for testers or for customers who like taking risks.

If you install jD or use the Multi-OS .zip version of jD I would be surprised that you would get this version.

If you're in the Nightly version, just exit it and restart jD with the command

java -Xmx512m -jar jdupdate.jar -branch RESET

Maybe there is something in nightly (and not in stable) that can't understand the new syntax and throws the, in the post above, mentioned error.

The problem that no captcha is catched/displayed also happens with the latest wupload plugin and nightly maybe..... copy&Paste of the new Recaptcha routine?:whistling:

No problem, as one can say who plays on hard Mode dosnt have the right to whine if the game REALLY is HARD.

Those people who choose to use Nightly should normally knew the problems that can happen. After all it IS a Testversion so waiting a bit longer for fixes is a normal risk. Also since links are normally active for a while the normal time between updates should'nt pose a threat.
On the sunny side of a nightly Version is, that you can see the newest stuff at first.

Thanks Remi, it seems it is now normal stable again (-last09- version 0.9.581). I still have no clue why nightly was pushed by the webinstaller, but anyway, sofar everything is working again.

So thanks again for solving my headache :D

I uninstalled, rebooted and re-installed jdownloader. Now its working

Never saw this before until today. Apparently, I can't download anything from FileSonic. I have no problem logging into Filesonic website using the same username/password. So I don't understand why the authentication won't go through in jD.

A server error means that jD can't reach the host. Your jD might be blocked.

Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

Filesonic authentication/login method uses filesonics API (api.filesonic.com), it doesn't use the same login method as the website (line 239 from FileSonicCom.java). Error message your getting is on line 280, related to IOException,

I receive file not found on all filesonic (and wupload) links. Even if they can be downloaded with internet browsers. What the hell is going on.
