Post Using jd libraries externally

Hi,

I'm thinking of a program that might have to deal with a lot of links. So I'm interested in using JD's link checker methods in my program as external call and get response through it to process something in my end.

Is this possible?

If possible can I pass those links to a running JD instance? or how to launch JD with these links as argument.

Best thing you can do is use the JD2 and the new API, add link, find if it's online. You will still have the same constraints as JD when plugins go out of date, and some hosters are not online checkable until the download starts.
