Default Renaming with F2 not saved when selecting Package-Properties-field before confirming

I think either this is a regression from a few weeks ago, or it the behavior changed deliberately?

- Select any file or package in "Downloads"- or "LinkGrabber"-window
- Press F2 to rename
- Enter anything
- Without hitting "Enter", click on a field in the "Properties"-pane below

The changes to the name should be applied upon clicking in the Properties-pane, instead the old name is shown again.

Doing the same in the "File name"-field (or any of the others) in the Properties-pane does apply the changes immediately when clicking any other fields without hitting enter. Clicking on any other package or file applies the changes done via F2, too.

Hi,

sorry for the delay.
I've created a ticket but I'm honestly not sure if this is a "bug or a feature"

Additional info:
When switching from a (renamed) item into the properties, the whole package will lose focus which will abort the action.
It is basically the same as switching to another window during rename --> Rename will not be confirmed.

... so you would like such actions to be saved when losing focus/switching to the properties?

OK, when putting it that way, the behavior makes sense, yes.
