The message in JDownloader is just "anti bot block" and the timer resets to 56(?) minutes.

Well, I got all set up to post a log only to find something has changed and I no longer get the error. I tested 2 links only, though and I cannot speak for the OP.

Same here.
I was just about to start working on it then they've turned off their anti bot handling.
It can come back at any time but for now I will mark this thread as solved.

The problem is not the anti bot handling according to your logs but this:

Caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unsupported or unrecognized SSL message

Can you still reproduce this problem?

Not sure. I just used the same download link as before and I still rec'd a "hosting" sort of error. Then I disabled it, then enabled it and the file downloaded. 17.03.25 15.38.20 <--> 17.03.25 17.08.47 jdlog://0389411370661/

Try this:

1. Settings -> Advanced Settings -> GeneralSettings.preferbouncycastlefortls -> Enable.
2. Restart JDownloader and try again.
Provide a fresh log if this does not help.
