link grabber filter?
filter rule ?

once again you're trying to do something which should be done via either linkcrawler rules or decrypter plugins. Finding work arounds is bad approach

as I said above.
settings > linkgrabber filter > filter rule

If you cant make a single rule you need to make 4

package customiser is not for comparing downloads with one another, its for that specific link!
linkgrabber filters, do not do this either.

You are talking about linkgrabber.
Im talking "Download"
But I turned off "Link Check" (Unknown size) until downloading!

I am talking about deleting files while downloading if the size ...

"Link Check" disabled because I won't add all day ...
Link Check takes a lot of time!

disable - can be added to the package immediately. And start parsing and downloading.

sorry I drew that conclusion from 'packagise' in your OP which is the package customiser.

event scripter. create a script that works post download to delete file if its under or between different sizes. But you will need to at least download to do your comparison, since you do not linkcheck.

end outcome is it will take time.

personally decrypter plugin could do this. have a look at making one.

That's what I also need: files can be deleted while in the queue or after downloading. I think the downloader already sees the file size.

Has anyone been able to make this feature or make it a rule?

@danzig: For those files where the filesize is known, you can setup a filter in Settings->Linkfilter
there you can specify conditions when to skip/ignore a file
And please stay in your thread https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=90558
