Default mega.nz mega.co.nz Downloads keep resetting by themselves

Hi,

My downloads keep resetting by themselves after they reach to a random percentage as if I reset them manually.

Link to the logs: 23.01.20 20.29.38 <--> 23.01.20 20.16.03 jdlog://2560430900751/

Here is a sample: the files ARIR.part1.rar, ARIR.part2.rar and ARIR.part3.rar have reset without my intervention when I opened and start the downloads and once again (only ARIR.part1.rar and ARIR.part2.rar) in the middle of the download process (they where about 60% done, each)

This is happening to almost all my downloads from mega.nz

How can I solve this problem?

Thanks
Gilson

Hi,
there is an issue with MEGA files bigger than 2 GB.
However your log shows that you are downloading your MEGA links via multihoster superdown.com.br.

It seems like they are having the same but.
I'am not sure how long our fix will need - our ticket has been open for a long time already, see here:
https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=74695

... so as a possible workaround I'd recommend you to also report this issue to the superdown.com.br support. If they are able to fix it, it would at least work for all JD users using their service

Yesterday I was able to download 5GB pieces from MEGA on JDownloader without any problem. Let me send you the log 23.01.20 20.29.38 <--> 23.01.20 19.51.28 jdlog://9180430900751/ (look for the files SH1.part1.rar, SH1.part2.rar, SH1.part3.rar, SH1.part4.rar, SH1.part5.rar, SH1.part6.rar and SH1.part7.rar).

As explained in the other thread, this does not necessarily always happen.

See my last response - the only way to get thos working stable soon for you would be to let your multihoster fix this on their side then it will work fine for you ...
