Default Automatically restart a download if it does not exceed a minimum speed

For example, if a download stabilizes in 10kb/s and you have set in the configuration that the minimum is 30kb/s, the program restarts the download until it is luck (even it could be a number of maximum attempts).

regards! Sorry for my English.

regards!!! Please, it would be very useful for me, and it seems that even it is already done.

yes, it would be helpful to have an option where you could indicate a minimum average download speed. I'm not sure if it'd make sense to mandate the download restarts, or make more sense if the download automatically stops if it does not meet the user's determined threshold... That way someone wont have all their available connections used by services that are retrieving a file at 2k/s when there are other more productive hosts...
