Have used Jdownloader 2 for some time successfully with premium account at icerbox.com.

Now, sometime in the past two weeks, my already added into JDownloader2 existing icerbox.com account (not renewed, still plenty of time left in it) was blocked/not accessible anymore via JDownloader2.

The same username/password work perfectly ok via both Chromium browser and Firefox browser. Logins/logouts/downloads work ok via those browser.

However, when trying to add icerbox.com premium account Under Account Manager in Jdownloader2, I get the error message:

Cannot add Account because Logins wrong
---------------------------------------

I have tried force updating Jdownloader2, restarting it several times, tried to add the premium account several times (manually typed and copy/pasted), but always the same error.

This is the first time I'm receiving this error for this hoster/account. Other accounts (nitro/rapidg/etc) are still working flawlessly.

Would appreciate any pointers as how to debug this more.

@bugnotme: please verify logins (no autocomplete, no copy/paste) or contact their support becauses server responds with.

Thanks. It has to be their servers. I've already typed it manually and re-checked 3 times. I'll contact them. Thank you for the advice.

Have you tried to reset password? and check again
