As you know some programs have web interface for remote control. Programs like uTorrent and Transmission BitTorrent Client have cool web interfaces.

JDownloader should have this too, it is the best solution for remote control because even a silly cell phone browser can handle the web page. All that is needed to be done is some divs and js for update, or even it can be manual instead of js.

It will be nice since JD rarely stucks, or adsl can disconnect and connect again or some other problems.

JD does already have an webinterface addon. Did you try that one? Just activate it and set some settings like port and password etc.
