F2 will rename a package,'Move into new package'-rename on single package selection
if you press F2 and select a whole ONE package
it will allow you to rename that package instead, right now you have to right click a package and click 'Move into new package' once the rename ability will be in use - if you right click one package you will not see the option 'Move into new package' any more, since it is one package. I can understand the point of 'merging' two or more packages into a 'new package' but whats the point of saying that you are moving one package into a new one when actually all that you are doing in practice is renaming it. so why not call the action by the name - rename! of course when multiple packages are selected rename will disappear and the good ol' "Move into new package" will be back again. |

I'd love to see F2 allow for renaming a package as well. glad to see someone else suggested it.

Since jD version 0.5. the Human Machine Interface has been designed by someone from Alpha Centauri
All conventions have been thrown away in order to test if we Earthians could adapt easily... |
