Default Question about downloading streaming content (livestreams)

First: I did read (and understand!) this article from Jan. 2022:
https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...aming-websites

But I still have a question:

Real Life Scenario
I watch Mittagsmagazin on German television (ZDF). I want to send some of that to my friend in Ukraine as soon as possible. So, I don't want to wait, before it is available in 'Mediathek'.

As this broadcast is still available on ZDF's streaming website zdf.de/live-tv by going back in time, I could copy it from there by screen recording (not a good solution).

Is there any way to download a portion of that streaming broadcast from the past, e.g. 60 minutes back in time using JD?

Since the article is about 4.5 months old, maybe something has changed…
And if it would be possible, how do I go back in time and tell JD what to download?
