Using XP64 (but it did works since the beginning, anyway).

Cool

I suppose you're also using the 64 bit version of the JRE. Please, try with the 32 bit version of the JRE.

Also reduce your connections to 1 or 2 ("Max.Con." in bottom right corner of jD window).

Report back with a detailed log when you still have problems.

Here are instructions for logging :-

1) Set logging level to ALL in Settings -> Basics -> General -> Logging.
2) Perform the actions that lead to the problem.
3) You'll find the log tab in ? -> Show log.
4) Click Upload log and post the URL here.

-Unistalled JAVA & JDownloader
-CCLeaner
-Reset
-CCleaner
-Download and install JAVA & JDOwnloader
-After launching, JDownloader says "there is 127 updates" (wooot)
-All updates are correct!

http://jdownloader.net:8081/pastebin...b9febcf47a2cc0

All the uploads has crc error (I downloaded a 2mb file and it was fine, not more checks about size done)

But why now JD corrupts my downloads?

It has been months with this xp64, this JRE and this JD. I dont remember anything installed between this two periods (working and no working).

If I download files from explorer or megamanager, they work fine.

I am installing JRE 32 bits just por test...

its AVG
its knonw that the latest AVG update causes CRC errors (you can use boardsearch or read our homepage about it )

disabling the linkchecker helped for some, others simply downgraded to older version

Latest news:

It is not FireWall :D

RS fails always.

MU only works if main screen max cons & max downl are set to 1.

Will try disabling AVG...

(btw, yes, AVG was updated past day to new 9.0, as 8.0 will not work Dec 1st.)

Disabling LINK CHECKER in AVG has done the trick.

JD is working as expected.

Many thanks, guys.

Cool

It's unbelievable that a virus software can cause such problems. This thread is yet another proof that this type of software is running on its last legs and will soon be declared malware as well.

When will M$ start developing a serious and safe OS?

Same here! AVG 9 causes crc errors and corrupted files!

Adding the download folder path to the AVG exclusion list fixed the problem.

Default What will happen after December 1st. with AVG Free 9.0??

Hi, I wonder what will happen after 12/01 with JD and AVG Free v9.0, because I´m using version 8.5 ATM but when date changes from 11/30 to 12/01 AVG will download latest 9.0 version causing problem with RS download links.
Is there any final solution (besides uninstalling AVG) yet?
I´ve read that some ppl are having troubles with de "linkchecker solution".
TIA.

Cool

You should disable the link checker in AVG. (sorry for aggressive advertising)

you can write at avg supportforum and ask for help (its their product that's causing the issues)
sure you HAVE to upgrade? why not use 8.5 longer?
i dont know if the bug is fixed (maybe autoupdate) as i dont have any new feedback from users and dont have windows myself.
