[User feedback required] Chomikuj.pl Partial download support

Hello , some time ago I discovered Chomikuj.pl , there is a limit of 50mb per week,6 months ago Jdownloader was able to do partial downloads and resume the downloads.

Since a while Jdownloader is not able to do partial downloads. Only having paid Mbs more than the size of the download is possible to download the files.
Will be great to be able todo partial downloads and resume the downloads.

JDownloader is still able to do partial downloads.
Keep in mind that JDownloader does by default not do what you wrote: If an account has 50MB of traffic, JD will never even try files with a higher filesize.
In this special case, it may have worked because you did enable the following setting before:
Settings -> Plugins -> chomikuj.pl -> Ignore trafficlimit in acount

Please provide example URLs and a log.

Works fine here when using the "Ignore trafficlimit" setting.
