Default RyuShare problems

Starting about the beginning of this year Ryushare has been utterly slow. I went from download 10 mb/s to just under 100 kb/s. I live in the USA. I have no idea what is causing this and was wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

Other premium file hosts such as uploaded.to still work at full speed. I have contacted Ryushare support and they say nothing has changed on their end.

Well speed problems are no JD problems.
Check your PC, AV/Firewall, router, routing and of course, check if you enabled a limit in JD or enabled pause, also check max.con and max.dls settings in JD.

Also make sure that no one else in your network is also downloading.

My max connections and max downloads are both 3. My network is fine as I'm able to download from other premium hosters @ 10 mb/s. I realize this may not be a problem on JD's end but Ryushare support is really horrible and I'm happy for any info I can gather.

Another bit of info. Everytime I log into Ryushare account on their website it redirects me to google and when I try to buy premium from their site I get redirected to shop.kagi.com. This just started recently and I'm sure it's the same reason why my downloads are slow.

Some other users (search our forum) also posted this some time ago...

The only thread I found said it might be blocked in the USA. But it was working fine back in December. How strange. Is my only hope to use a VPN service?

Apparently their staff is on holiday and should be coming back by Friday. We'll see what happens.

I am using Ryushare with a Premium account and I get full speed. I am using a VPN with connection to LA.
No problems with that.

Though I have a problem that JDownloader still tries to download with the chinese IP, but as far as I can tell if I download by Ryushare in any browser I get full speed.

Hi, if your using a VPN the setup, it should change your primary gateway. JD uses your primary gateway, so your VPN is either setup incorrectly or in the fashion to not use it for every service (primary). Hence why JD is still using your Chinese IP address

So I need you guys help. The problem is not with Ryushare. I just tried downloading something at work and I get 700 kb/s which is max for this connection. At home I only get 30 kb/s even though I normally get 10 mb/s.

I've ran malware/spyware and antivirus scans and nothing. What could be causing this?

@enzo729

Your home ISP could be rate limiting/QoS file transfers?

Some antivirus/firewall software can interfere with file transfers if they are performing live scanning events.

Are the connection used in JD at work the same as home?
