ufile.io uploadfiles.io plugin outdated
Download fails, wrong file size, no file name found. Status happens to be correct but I don't have an offline link to test.

They've added a pre-download-captcha.

ufiles.io : stalls on I am not a robot
ufiles.io : stalls on 'I am not a robot'
I click on the 'I am not a robot' dialog box but nothing happens, the page still shows and does not download. (firefox browser) Works okay if i go to the link directly in the browser to the hoster. Hi,
please try if it works for you using Chrome (temporarily set it as your OS' default browser for testing). -psp-

Hm okay so this issue will either be solved with our next Firefox extension update or you can use Chrome for browser-captcha solving.
You can easily let JD use Chrome only for captcha solving while continuing to use Firefox as your main private browser: Instructions -psp-

Okay...now it gets interesting...
When I set my browser to Chrome as default: mydownloader extension page loads and captchas works. When I set my default browser to Firefox (my preferred) and change the value for browser captchasolver browser commandline to equal ["C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Google\\Chrome\\Application\\chrome.exe"], then Chrome opens, but the only the homepage shows, the myJdownloader extension does not seem to load. Also if I change the windows browser default to Chrome, keeping the value ["C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Google\\Chrome\\Application\\chrome.exe"] then once again the myjdownloader extension does not seem to load, just the chrome homepage. In summary, changing the value from null to ["C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Google\\Chrome\\Application\\chrome.exe"] doesn't seem to work for me, regardless of any browser default. Any ideas? 29.07.20 12.18.31 <--> 29.07.20 14.13.42 jdlog://2385125302851/ |

I completely missed that - Thank you !
When jd2 needs a captcha I have auto open browser selected and chrome opens, but the browser extension screen loads rather than the captcha (pic attached). If I manually click open browser again then a new tab opens with the expected captcha request. What am I missing to get straight to the captcha screen without the addition tab load ? So you do have the myjd extension installed in your Chrome?
I see no reason for it not to work now. You're using a normal JD with GUI, not headless and you re not using myjdownloader to control your JD, right? -psp-

Yes, normal JD with GUI, not using mydownloader to control JD.
When the captcha request occurs, JD opens chrome and loads **External links are only visible to Support Staff**... and stays on the page. If I then click on the open browser dialog box in JD, then a new tab with the address of the file opens (**External links are only visible to Support Staff**...) with the captcha loading. 30.07.20 13.06.57 <--> 30.07.20 13.12.20 jdlog://4506125302851/ |

So it works but not exactly as it should?
Please check your Chrome myjd addon version. You should have version 3.3.4. Please wait for version 3.3.5 to get released - then try again and report back. -psp-
