Question Have to extract after auto-extraction

Im not sure if im missing a setting or if there’s an issue. I have the auto-extraction setting enabled and ive set a folder for it to extract into. The issue is that when JDownloader finishes the download and starts extracting, it extracts the content out of the rar files into another whole rar file. From there I then manually have to extract again out of the rar file.

Is this normal or is there another additional setting for this, so that I dont have to manually extract after the first auto-extraction?

Default

Most likely the items you are downloading are double-packed.
Still JD should auto manage such a situation by default.
Check Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Extraction.deepextractionenabled -> Enable this if it wasn't enabled already

If JD still doesn't extract such archives, please provide example URLs to such files and a log.

Please post your log-ID here
If your bugreport is about a specific website which JD supports via plugin, please also provide example URLs which can be used to reproduce the issue you are having.

Bitte poste deine Log-ID hier.
Falls dein gemeldetes Problem ein Problem mit einer Webseite ist, die per Plugin unterstützt wird, stelle bitte zusätzlich Testlinks zur Verfügung, mit denen sich dein Problem nachstellen lässt.
