Default premiumax.net not working anymore

Hello,

since yesterday Premiumax is no longer working. Downloads through the site are working, but jDownloader tries to download in free mode / tells the host is down.

Regards

jdlog://1268281887641/

I tested 2 Hosts, Filespace and Rapidgator (its on every file)
It dont recognize a premium account. Download through the premiumax page worked. Tested this morning and now, with same result.
Download seems to start but nothing happens, or it tells the host is down.

The message that you got is:
"There are too many attempts. Just refresh this page and try again."

Error handling is retry after 5 minutes.

The problem comes again since yesterday. Download via premiumax website is working, jdownloader tells 'no account' or 'dllinknullerror'.

Contact them and ask what
"There are too many attempts. Just refresh this page and try again." should mean.
Log is full. Each time JDownloader tries to create link this is their response.

I have the same problem/same error message "dllinknullerror"

what I found out in the last few days: normally after a certain time/links or gb downloaded there was a premiumax captcha to solve (an old issue I think). if you don't solve this captcha download stopps after some retries and then the account goes to "temporarily deactivated". to re-activate the account you have to uncheck and check the account and solve a new captcha.

in my opinion the actual problem is caused by the case that no captchas appear during download, only when you delete and re-add the account in JD.

hope this helps....

That can be the reason JDownloader does not have any captcha handling at all

Can you provide screenshot of the captcha? Problem is, that log does not show any sign of captcha, nor does the error message signal any missing/wrong captcha. Would be best if anyone can contact them and ask for more information so we can update the plugin

@ON31l
we don't dump login cookies for that message ("There are too many attempts. Just refresh this page and try again."). We could if you would prefer, but will mean more captcha events. Would be nice if premiumax actually reduced the requirement for captchas for customers that have paid premium service (not to have answer captchas).

Maybe we can try re-login when we get that message and see how it goes.

A better/real API would be better solution! Or at least some information about the captcha

I've had the same issue for about 4 days now as well. Re-adding the premiumax account has helped, although download speeds are sitting at less than a third of what they should be (400k).

Also noticed spiking in download speeds that sit at 400k for 5 seconds, then jump to full speed (1.8mb) then back down again and repeat....

I will keep and eye on it and post some logs if problems persist.

Come on Premiumax - get a proper API like we've been asking for YEARS!

Thx guys.

Thumbs down

Just restarted laptop and wireless router then did an ISP speedtest, I achieved over 3.1Mbs per second download rate.

How disappointing to startup JD only to find my PreMax speeds back to 300-400k..

Something has really fooked up somewhere, more than likely on the PreMax side of things.

I will look here for further updates on the issue.

@raztoki
@tony2long
it was annoying to solve the captchas (I read some other topics on the board), but I was fine with that....solving captchas to prevent my account being deactivated is faster than deleting my account from JD and add it again

but maybe I have to adapt the "workaround" to use my premax-account!

Captcha support should already be fine and this ticket is not related to the thread.
I was not able to reproduce any of these issues.

Need better explanation / screenshots where this captcha appears and which type of captcha it is.
I guess, as posted before, it is reCaptchaV2 but not only for the login process but also download via premiumax(???).

Due to the lack of information I cannot do anything at the moment.
Sadly, until now the premiumax support never wanted a cooperation with us.

I have the same problem.
Couple of weeks ago it went like this:
After around 2 GB download, JDownloader opened a captcha window in the browser. You had to click it, and downloading worked again.
Now it just stops and goes into free modus or I am getting the ddllink error. Untick/tick my premium account doesn´t work. I had to delete and readd my account. JDownloader opens the captcha in the browser, which you have to tick. After that I have another 2 GB download without problems before all starts again.

Really annoying :(

We need more information from their support/admin. Plugin only has captcha during login and that only happened in case their server send an error message.

After reading the posts before and what I experienced in the last days I think it is more a problem with the account handling by premiumax.net and not a captcha related problem....

The captchas that pop up are account-captchas....maybe there is a time-out/gb limit or so set by premiumax so you have to re-login to the account otherwise you can not download any longer.

Something must have changed in the last days: no account-captchas appear after the first login into the account

How the plugin works
download fails for specific reasons we dump the cookies, which forces a fresh login next download. It doesn't dump for the error message given atm, which is what i indicated

atm we only dump cookies for there old ngnix error.
we can add more handling to dump session info as I stated in that same quoted post, if you think it will help.

At least Jdownloader seems to work well with premiumax.net as long as you don't run more than 1 download at once, and you set the max chunks per download to 1.

@flamby

Not with me. I have set max 1 download and chunks, and still have this problem

As ON31L said, something with the account setting was changed by premiumax, as I did not have this error before.
