Zevera JD2 : Can't check account
Hi,
I just renewed my zevera premium account. It expired a few weeks ago. I verified I can now login on Zevera.com as premium. In JD2 Account Manager, I get a: Can't check account message for Zevera. My other premium accounts are working fine. I have win7 64bits and no other AV than Microsoft security essential. I don't use: proxy, vpn logs: 03.01.16 00.55.09to03.01.16 01.05.32 jdlog://3367154739341/ thank you |

Zevera 2 Pcs one Account
Hi good day: i have Two Pc's with Win 7 Ultimate 64 Bits, Kaspersky total security 2016
total access to JD2 granted by user in kaspersky. Java Version 8 Update 66 Jdownloader 2 Beta. 03.01.16 00.10.27to03.01.16 00.14.37 jdlog://1300254739341/ i can't use both Pc's with Zevera account at the same time, with JD2 today i ask Zevera if is not allowed to use 2 Pc's one account they replay not a problem, should i ask if the Problem is on JD2 this problem has been for 2 days already. Thanks ! |

its because they have switched to cloudflare antiddos, when this happens initially it will block even good/safe connection, as they have not determined a history which is used as a reference point to determine an attack(s).

ok, but if it is problem on Zevera side, why it worked yesterday evening with no problem and today morning (after JD2 update (Mac version)), it stopped working. Showing "Can't check account message". Couldn't it be JD2 problem since it was working yesterday?

Nothing changed in JDownloader. Zevera is an online service. This means it can work fine now and 2 mins later can fail again. I guess it is still the same server/dns issue as before

Not entirely sure the change was required, as it seems Jiaz finding is selective. I'm still on pre Jiaz code change and works aok!

it looks like JD can't check my Zevera account since last night. On their webpage everything works fine. Any idea how to solve the issue?

Did you try to remove/add the account again? IP changed?
In case it still does not work, please provide a logfile, https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post the shown logID here Please enable log debug first (see article)

re-adding the account didn't work for the same raason..... but after a re-start of JD the re-adding worked..... thanks!

It looks like JD again can't check my Zevera account since last night. On their webpage everything works fine. This time deleting the account + re-adding after re-start doesn't work either. Any idea how to solve the issue?

didnt need full log. the few lines where enough. in account check a retry doesnt help, so I've modified plugin, see my commit
