Grab8 - Plugin error: (out of date)
Hi, I've recently have been getting the error "Plugin Outdated" for my Grab8 account.
Thanks! 19.10.21 09.15.45 <--> 19.10.21 09.16.10 jdlog://8849825302851/ Last edited by raztoki; 20.10.2021 at 01:38. Reason: removed loglink bbcode |

No changes from our side since June/2019, so most likely some changes on Grab8 side.
Please create a debug log as the log does not contain any activity/error. Enable Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader wait for error to happen again and then create new log and post logID here

Have been able to log in via browser without issue.
Seems that deleting the Grab8 account entry in JDownloader and re-adding it resolved whatever the problem was, so it's working again. (In hindsight, I probably should have tried that earlier...) Thanks for your help. |

@matrix61312: Thanks for the feedback. In that case the issue is with grab8 serverside because the only difference is that JDownloader wants to reuse existing session vs login for new one.
When it happens again, please report back

Seems to be reoccurring a few times. Sometimes it will state "Plugin Outdated" other times it will be stuck in a state where it says it's connected (and report a value for download traffic available), but is continuously "Loading information".
After deleting the account and re-adding it, it seems to be working again. Might it be possible to have it automatically attempt to start a new session when it gets stuck in such a state? Thanks! 27.10.21 08.25.30 <--> 27.10.21 08.37.32 jdlog://4789825302851/ |

@matrix61312:

Yeah, the issue is definitely the site (was getting the occasional Cloudflare "try again later" message when accessing from the browser).
As far as I can tell, the plugin update does seem to have made it more resilient, though. Asked me to complete the captcha at one point, and then started working again. Thanks! |

@matrix61312: seems the website has issues when visiting it again with an (older/expired..) session and then fails. Then fully login is required again and thus the captcha.
