[User feedback required] Rapidgator Problem

paid my account today and on rapidgator may account is on premium.
but i cannt load per direct or per jdownloader(when i am inside my account). messege is :not enoungh trafiic....

i habe change die API but notthing goes on.also check on 8.8.8.8 /8.8.4.4.!

funny is,that i can put files there on the onlinecloud ,but no premium download !
was going wrong ?
my uploaded account works well all times !
now the account is suddenly offline and i have a 1 hour cut !
all logs says : empty !

Have you checked downloads in browser? Have you checked available traffic quota? You know that traffic quota is limited and does not refill!
