Hello,Jd2 support.
PLease deleted in premiumax plugin File.al and **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** ,
because Jd2 incorect work with that hosts, and our user have problem with that.
If users use directly our site, they don'thave problem with that hosts.

very rarely are they issues on our side, its normally issue on multihoster side. Since you act as a proxy, we have no control of the download we can only accept what you send us!

We can have issues when you don't accept resume (chunking), and our program thinks it can, we try once with chunks, then reset download to 1 chunk and try downloading from scratch. Since this error should happen on downloads with above single chunks or resuming of single chunks, it shouldn't cause too much disruption from end users as its automated.

User generated this link directly on our site, and can download without problem.
JD2 cutt all trafic that hosts. Directly on site , havent problem with any download manager.

I've made a fix. This will only be available after next core update. As this blocks plugin updates at this stage.

Just for everyone else interest, the issue was actually caused by premiumax backend changing the generated link url pattern.

Hi we take the services you support from your website "/hosts.html". All you need todo is maintain that on your end, and it will automatically update the supported host map in JD after account stats scraping.

When happend that or how can I push it to synchronize?
Since(I don't know..) for e.g. is "ShareOnline" vanished in JDs hoster-list.
Also for example is in JDs list a host "spaceforfiles.com" but not on the "/hosts.html".

@alfredp: ShareOnline is only availble for premium. It will automatically get removed if there are too many issues. SpaceforFiles is the same hoster as filespace

Default Premiumax Captcha

Hi,
every 1 GB or so I have to put in a google captcha and solving those riddles (trees, rivers etc). Probably to verify my premium account or something like that.

How can I disable this? Pretty annoying because I am not 24/7 on computer.

premiumax issues a response of 'nginx error' instead of generating link. On that specific error we dump cached account info, which then performs a full login on next download, as historically this is the only way to fix this issue. You will need to ask them why this happens.

JD is download manager with its own internal web browser, it's not classified as a robot. It does things automated, but that is no different than a web browser like chrome with extensions. The only thing we can do, is submit requests, if they want to return 'ngnix error', then I would advise that you find another provider that doesn't act in this manner, or ask them not to do this.

At the moment there is nothing to fix. JDownloader handles this *nginx error* by retrying. The logs show that it still does not work then. Issue must be fixed by premiumax
