He can use both in jd1 and both in jd2.
Example with JD2: Textcaptchas for cbh, mouse-/clickcaptchas for 9kw. Or in jd1 he use UL with cbh, and SO with 9kw, see jacinfo.xml. Only if he use both for all textcaptchas, then its difficult, not impossible but cost many points.
