if the account is already added to interface,
enable debug mode via advanced setting
restart jdownloader
goto the account manager, and refresh the account.
on error upload log

https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs

bugmenot as username? if you're using public/shared accounts we do not support issues occurred by that.

Hi,

I am not sure if it is a plugin error or something else, but I've noticed some strange behaviour. I am trying downloading something, but when downloading it via JD2, max download speed is 300kbps and when download is stopped and strated again, it cannot continue. It is showing: An error occured. Try restarting this link (plugin outadated?). When I am downloading via browser, download is on full speed. Strange thing is, that this is happening only for some downloads while others are working fine.

This does not look like webshare issue. Now I am experiencing the same issue also with other links.

Try again with max connections set to 1. Looks like they have server issues
Server responds with error messages
I guess they have issues with resume. I will temp disable it

I've released update that restricts to single chunk and no resume.
Please provide new logs for when it still isn't working
Thanks for the feedback!

Still not working for some downloads, even with max chuncks set to 1. Max download speed is still around 300kbps and not able to resume stopped download. No issues when downloading through web.

Hello, it's possible to open this topic again?
I have problem with webshare.cz that I can't down any files at all. Everytime I'v just hit error that said "Temporarily unavailable" and starting counting 30 min. When I try to down the file manually there isn't any problem and the file is available to download without any problems.
Could anybody helps me? Thanks.

Hi,

there is another issue with webshare plugin. It canot resume downloads. When download is stopped and then resumed, it starts again from 0%. File itsefl is not reset back to 0MB but size remains the same as when downloed was stopped.

Not sure what you mean. It was working two or three weeks ago and resume still works when downloading via web browser.

In my tests all resume failed. Maybe it was just a temporarily issue, I don't know.
If you want I can recheck. Please provide me some example links and username/password if you are using an account. Send infos to support@jdownloader.org

Yes, resumes for webshare are failling in JD and that's why I reported it. As I said, resumes worked via web browser, so I think there is some issue with plugin. It is failing for anything I am trying to download. I sent login info and links to you support.

Thanks. I've updated plugin to correctly handle free/credits/vip user. You are right, vip can resume and use multiple connections
