Same message that I get when it shuts down my premium.

Sounds like filesonic is targeting bulk downloaders to me. Anyone know the folks there to check this out?

P.S. If I only download 2 files at a time and have one connection, this shutdown doesn't happen. Or it least it didn't last night!

When I insert filesonic link to JD it says these file are offline but When I check them manually by browser they still alive.What happen??

ok.i check it and its 15554.

If your password contains special characters, please change it.

Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

i dont use special characters and no antivurus software installed on my vps.

If you can download the files with your browser then your firewall might be blocking jD. If you've a firewall in your router please un-install the firewall on your computer and reboot your computer, otherwise install another one and remove the old one.

i think jdownloader is not blocked because this problem is not about for all files.somefiles download correcly,somefiles not...and all files downloaded with idm,flashget and browser.and finally,i use jdownloader with other hosts.for example wupload,rapidshare,hotfile etc.

Try with less number of simultaneous download. See post #1964 above.
Error handling needs to be updated to handle "suspicious" message.
Ask Fsc support, how much download at once is not suspicious.

I get stuck again after a few seconds of downloading and then disconnect
then reconnect After numbers minutes of waiting and so on.

the file downloaded ok from filesonic by IDM and charom bat not with JD.

I have Filesonic premium account, but unable to download filesonic files using JDownloader for past two days.

I noticed some changes in Filesonic site. Are these changes making it not work with JDownloader? JDownloader shows the files are offline. But I am able to download files directly from their site using the same account.

Please help me.

When I went there by browser it is online but but jdownloader recognizes it offline. Why?

fixed, wait for next plugin update

Two days ago I moved my Premium account from Rapidshare to Filesonic. The reason was I was getting tired of RS deleting or blocking files just a few days after being uploaded.

Since my move, my download speed is about 1/3 of what it previously was with RS.

Is someone having a similar problem?

I waited two days to report this problem, here and at Filesonic, even trying download in XP and Windows 7, but it's still the same.

Now I wonder if this change was the right one.

No, this is not fixed yet. By now jd doesn't even recognize fs-links anymore. [Talking about Revision 15563 here!]
Filesonic re-designed their whole page so maybe thats still causing problems.
If i remember correctly, jd is using the filesonic-api, but they also changed the format of their links:
it was /file/[0-9]+ before and is now /file/[0-9a-zA-Z]+

Example-Link: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

So (without looking the code yet) i suspect there is a simple regexp-problem!

yeah, i lold....

at the risc of repeating myself: i already use the "next plugin update"!
(until you tell me there is a newer plugin as rev 15563 from 27.12.2011 07:37 by Jiaz)

and i'm referring to that plugin when i say: it still doesn't recognize the new link-format. apparently jiaz only tried the parsing of the new page-design with the old link-format (which works fine, availability-check + download!) but its impossible to add links in the new format to jd. as a side-note i might add: all new files uploaded to filesonic only get links in the new format! (new = uploaded in the last week or so)

so maybe jiaz should have another look at the plugin (maybe even before you deploy it with the next update...)
just my 2 cents...

In over 90% of the cases users just don't read my posts and ask the same question or report the same problem over and over again.

np, happens to me too all the time...
i'm having a look at the code myself. but jd is far too complicated nowadays to just do a quick fix without knowing most of the codebase...
i'll try the new plugin and report here

This morning FS download speed seems to have "normalized", that is it's reaching similar rates to what RS did.

Perhaps something that Filesonic did? There was no JD plugin update since I reported the problem.

What's your average bandwidth? I'm not talking about the theoretical maximum bandwidth your ISP sold you.

I don't know if you are asking me or fatihbaz. But here it goes.

My average download speed is around 1.2 MB/s, which is roughly 12% of my theoretical maximum BW.

When I reported the problem, FS speeds were down to 0.3/04 MB/s.

I don't know why, but that maximum BW is just that, theoretical. I can live with that. With 1.2MB/s things download pretty quick.

How you download links that belong to such theory that can be downloaded without captcha, unlimited number of simultaneous speed and without premium, the problem is that the JD to put the links to those under 1 to 1 and no simultaneous .

If you need such links so that I can desarolleis something cool plugin, I'm in development of a website that allows people to download without captcha and other for free.
