Default Problem with the finalization of the downloads (slowdown, freeze and stop)

Hello,

For several weeks I have a problem with jDownloader.

The downloads are happening quickly and perfectly well but the finalization is problematic.

After downloading the file, it remains stuck on "Strating..." for several minutes sometimes it never ends.

jDownloader slowed down strongly sometimes hangs.

Windows 10 is also very slow, and some features also stop (getting to a folder, delete a file from Total Commander...)

I can't close jDownloder, can't kill the process via task manager.

Even restarting Windows doesn't work and I have to use the power button.

I have reinstalled jDownloader several times and I disabled the extraction but it does not work.

If I look at system resources (CPU, Memory, Hard Drive, Network ...) I am largely in the green.

I used keep2share and linkifier.

I'm going crazy, could you help me please.

I am a longtime jDowloader user and I love it.

I'm sorry for my english made in google translation.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Do you download to local hdd/sdd or network/usb drive?
How much memory does your system have?
When this happens, how is memory usage/cpu usage in taskmanager?
What firewall/av is installed?

Hello,

It's installed on my local SSD disk and the files are downloaded to my local hdd.

16 Gb of memory.

Between 10 and 30% for both CPU and memory, depending on the applications I use (usually Outlook, Firefox and Total Commander) and jDownloader is only a small part.

I use Eset Internet Security as protection.

I thank you for your help.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the about dialog of JDownloader when this starts to happen? Also please a screenshot of the taskmanager where cpu/memory/diskload is shown.

Hello,

I provide you two screenshots as example, one for JDownloader 2 and one other for the task manager.

In the case of the example attached, the file was finalized after a few minutes and the rest of the downloads went very well.

Sometimes, the files are stacked up without being finalized, the download rates (average and current) collapses until it drops to 0.

If I am confronted with this case, I will make new screenshots and I will add them.

Sorry for not being able to reproduce a more explicit case for this first try and thank you again for your help.
