JDownloader uses AppData\Local\JDownloader v2.0 as a temp folder. How to change that?
I use JDownloader 2 beta (fully updated) in win10x64.
I have set in Settings|General the 'Download Folder' to be C:\Users\user\Downloads. But, as I've noticed (via rightclicking a download|Open Download Directory), all download, while they are downloaded, they are stored temporarily in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\JDownloader v2.0, and when they are completed, then they are moved to C:\Users\user\Downloads. And, if you cancel a download, the temp file remains there. I haven't found any set to change the temp folder to be the 'Downloads' one, too. Can this be changed? Thank you |

JDownloader does not save to a temp path, it saves to your final location\filename.exe.part When the download is complete the .part will be removed.
If you have changed download path after links have added, the old links will retain the old save path. You can change them by selecting those packages and change the path. raztoki

You're right.
It's just that I had to set 'Download Destinations' in Linkgrabber|'Add New Links'|'Analyze and Add links' to point to my 'Downloads' folder. Thanks for replying. |
