I wonder if it is possible to fix support for site 567file.com?

It is exactly same as 567pan.com, and it worked well some months ago (I'm sure).

I can't find any records of us ever supporting that website.

Would you please check if it is an alternative of "yunfile.com" / "yunpan.com" / "567files.com" / "567pans.com" / "567yun.com" or something similar?

We did support "yunfile.com" along with other domains until the website went offline and the plugin was deleted 2019-09-24.

Other yunfile domains we did support back then:

 "yunfile.com", "filemarkets.com", "yfdisk.com", "needisk.com", "5xpan.com", "dix3.com", "dfpan.com", "pwpan.com", "srcpan.com", "skpan.com", "gmpan.com", "tadown.com", "putpan.com", "fourpan.com"
