Default [Packagizer] Pornhub Plugin Filename Customization

Hello,

Thank you for your excellent work.

In regards to the pornhub.com plugin, I am wondering if it could be updated to make filenames for video files customizable? Similar to the way I setup the youtube.com plugin, I would like to create a filenaming option for videos as follows: *videoname* (*username*, *date[yyyy-MM-dd]*).*ext*

Thank you and be safe,

SirKiwi

Hi,

please use the packagizer to extract all given information out of the existing filename and build a new one out of it.

We are unable to code an extra filename customizer for all of our plugins - our YT plugin is a big exception here.
Example rule:

keep in mind date referenced in psp example is your system time not published upload time.

Yap.

If you want to have the upload time of the video, let me know and I'll add it as a packagizer-property.

Hello raztoki and psp,

Thank you for the replies.

Yes, I would to have the upload time of the video, if possible.

Thank you and be safe,

SirKiwi

P.S. is there a manual for Packagizer rules? I'd like to learn more about it.

After the next update, that will be possible via property "date":

No there is no manual - you will have to dig through out forum for more examples.

Hello,
I was searching for the same Thing.
Most what i miss is the ph username in the Filename ,or even the added Star Tags below the Video.
Its the easiest Information which Creator/Pornstar is the Video from.
Now: having videos with only the "Title"is kinda bad because there is no way to search/sort for all Videos of that Creator or just getting the Name to check for Updates.

I guess its not possible to grab that Information with the Packagizer? :(

greets

If we're talking about doing this for personal use only, wouldn't it make more sense to sort files by date (modified/ created)? It's far more analog to be typing partial or complete dates on your OS search box. It would be pretty useful to know the date of upload. The next best thing is to check the user stream for a rough date. I advise keeping JD download records, in order to avoid missing gaps of information, since older entries for previously watched clips above the limit of 50000 will be reset on your PH profile. BTW, don't be uploading (or downloading) PH stuff. It's the worst time ever to be doing it, since their reencode quality is down to historic levels. You are just wasting time, space and content at this time. Wait until the premium campaign blows over.

Hi psp,

Thank you for your message.

I've tried using the settings you recommended (the first one). I've enabled Packagizer and also moved the rule as the highest priority. I've copied a few Pornhub video hyperlinks but the filename have not changed in LinkGrabber.

Please let me know if there is another step I forgot to do.

Another thing, if you Right-Click > Sort by > More... You can also find multiple other sorting options for date (such as accessed; acquired; archived; completed; created; last saved; received; released; sent; taken; visited). Seriously guys, don't be peddling that trash on P2P. It makes me feel both sad and sorry for the guys that buy that stuff. But apparently some people stop at nothing to give the false impression of being an active community and keep the cash flow coming. Better not to release anything, than to waste people's time with trash. The fact that people are acting as proxy servers to Pornhub is nothing short of pathetic. What's next? Youtube videos? lol...

@SirKiwi
You forgot to set a checkbox here - please look at my example again, right side, first upper checkbox.

Hi psp,

Thank you for you reply! I only noticed it now the check boxes. I also customized the rules a bit so that in the end the filename is as follows: VideoTitle (UploaderName, UploadDate).extension

For "<jd:prop:date>", I see that it gives "yyyy-mm-ddThh_mm_ss+00_00". Is there a way for it to only give "yyyy-mm-dd" without the time?

Thank you!

SirKiwi

P.S. my settings:

Hi again,

I've updated the dateformat for this property for the next update so you will not have to do anything.

Please keep in mind that modifying custom plugin set properties/dates is not yet possible (yet).
If you want to do that in the future, you may consider writing an EventScripter script.

Hi psp,

Much appreciation for all your work.

I will look into EventStripter as you suggested.

Be safe,

Thanks - first time grocery shopping today since 3-4 weeks - hope I didn't get it!

At this moment you will not need the EventScripter yet - just saying it might be useful in the future if you want to do stuff out of the boundaries of our existing feature set
