Shortly after installing Big Sur, something went wonky with JDownloader:

It launches fine, and if I copy a link, it will show up and I can download it.

But if I click the "Add Link" button, it hangs and must be restarted…

And starting to download a YouTube video results in the "FFmpeg not installed" notice—and JD immediately hangs and must be restarted.

Not sure what's going on—I've tried uninstalling, restarting, downloading the latest version and reinstalling… but the same exact thing.

Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance!

Open terminal and enter once

defaults write org.jdownloader.launcher AppleWindowTabbingMode manual

with next Core Update JDownloader will change this setting automatically.
