Update (why no updates for 3 weeks?)
Good evening, this is a long time since I have had an update.
Is this normal? |

We're busy atm. that's all.
Please be patient if you e.g. expect updates which will fix plugin issues. -psp-

We've been busy with other projects and also some parts of the update system and thus didn't find time for deeper review of the changes and compatibility with all different JDownloader versions.
Also there have been some core-plugin changes that need additional review and because of that there is also an update *block* that needs to be manually reviewed/unblocked. Last but not least pspzockerscene will spend the last days of 2021 in holidays, so it might take some longer for threads/mails to be checked/answered. I've also added a note about this at the top of the forum. I'm currently working through code changes and tickets here in forum and once I've finished with this, I will release the next update that contains all the changes from the last few weeks. Sorry for the confusion and being so silent.

Thanks appreciate the update before Xmas. When I woke today it finally showed an update available. This is what I ran into though as an FYI for others if they run into problems. and JD seems to be updated now properly
Unfortunately when I clicked on update it failed with the following error message: org.jdownloader.update.SelfUpdateException: Selftest has been terminated unexpectedly at org.jdownloader.update.SelfUpdateClient.finishSelfUpdate(SelfUpdateClient.java:353) at org.jdownloader.update.UpdateManager.runFinishSelfUpdate(UpdateManager.java:951) at org.jdownloader.update.UpdateManager$12.run(UpdateManager.java:866) at org.jdownloader.update.UpdateManager.installPendingUpdates(UpdateManager.java:886) at org.jdownloader.updatev2.UpdateController.installUpdates(UpdateController.java:536) at org.jdownloader.updatev2.UpdateController.onResults(UpdateController.java:408) at org.jdownloader.update.UpdateManager$21.onResults(UpdateManager.java:1507) at org.jdownloader.update.UpdateManager.runUpdateLoop(UpdateManager.java:1036) at org.jdownloader.update.PendingUpdate.run(PendingUpdate.java:19) at org.jdownloader.update.UpdateManager$23.run(UpdateManager.java:1686) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:748) I tried this twice an it didn't take completely either time so I closed JD and restarted it. JDLauncher managed to apply the update though and it seems ok for now. All is not lost Thanks again for taking the time for this over your holiday preps too. Screen shot after update:
