How to sort list by status?
I noticed that Jdownloader sorts by every heading except status. You can sort your download list by filename, file size etc..
I would like to order by what is downloading since my list is huge, its hard to single out the files that are currently being downloaded. I tried clicking on status but nothing happens. Is this by design? How can I sort my list? |

You cannot sort by status because the current status information is too inconsistent. There are Bugtracker tickets for reworking the download engine, standardizing the statuses, showing the status of contained links in a package (show the worst), and sorting by status.

How this coming because it still doesn't appear to sort even alphabetically where at least you could work on groups of files. This has been a complaint of mine for some time. Even the dates weren't sorting back years ago when I first reported it. I seem to recall not much of any of the columns were sorting.

@cityguy: sorting is different for each column. Can you please explain what doesn't work as expected?
