Default Aqua now missing from styles?

Snow Leopard 10.6.2

Just updated Java (to 1.6.0_17) and now the only styles available are Substance and Synthetica.

Anybody else have this problem, and how can I get the Aqua style back?

I have thought that it only happens to me. Now it seems a general problem. So all of you think the java upgrade is the culprit?

I guess I'll be sticking with 10.6.1 then as I've read about some people having other problems with 10.6.2 as well, not just this. Hum...

our mac developer confirms its caused by the java update of mac.
with the version before it works fine. at first look it looks like a broken java update because default java functions throw errors now.

lets wait and maybe apple will bring a bugfix or tell us a workaround

Question

Please, are there any news on this subject?
I miss so much the CMD+A that worked in Aqua, to quickly select all downloads and apply Resume on the failed captchas! (easy-share gets A LOT of them)
(if the failed downloads retried themselves anywhere in future would work for me, but Aqua is gourgeous)
(then I would complain only about growl, that never worked... only update loops, now nothing...)

thanks!

Why shouldn't that shortcut work in other themes? I don't use the theme and the shortcut works fine.

That's weird. I am sure it doesn't work on mine.
I'm temporarily using Synthetica Standard, and thought it was a keyboard shortcut that Apple registered in Aqua...
What look and feel are you currently using?

Wow, thanks Jiaz, JD is the best!

Not that I know. Maybe you can find something on specialised Apple forums.

There is nothing in the jD bugtracker (http://svn.jdownloader.org/search/index/jd?q=aqua) about the issue.
