I hope this is the right thread;

I'm unable to log in to neither pornhub.com nor pornhubpremium.com.

I have a premium account, that's working, and I've tried it on multiple browsers.
I've also tried logging in using the username and e-mail. Neither work.

I get the error shown below



Note that I have been able to login previously (months to a year ago), with the same credentials and everything. So I'm not sure what's wrong this time

@leroyeur: please make sure your JDownloader is up2date as the plugin for site has received some updates to due website changes. If yes, then please provide a debug log, like asked by pspzockerscene

Carried out the following steps:
1. Restarted JD2 before trying to recreate the problem (logging in to PornHub)
2. Tried to log in to PH using my username and email - both ended up failing, as expected
3. Turned on Debug mode as per your instructions in the linked article
4. Tried to log in again, with both the username and email

Note: My account is still active, still Premium, still working, and I have successfully logged in using both email and username in multiple browsers.

Got **External links are only visible to Support Staff**this error when trying to create the logs from the two sessions mentioned above:

You can also create a .zip file of your logs folder and upload that to a filehoster of your choice (or attach it here in the forum if the size fits).
The log article explains where you can locate said logs folder.

I zipped the logs of the day I tried to log in. Turned out way bigger than I expected (800MB). Here is the link. I added your email (

The compressed .zip file is 91MB. I hope nothing was lost in compression. I can upload an uncompressed folder if necessary.

Ein ähnliches Problem hattest du bereits vor einiger Zeit hier gemeldet:

Ich weiß nicht, ob du es damals behoben hast oder einfach die nicht-HLS Streams von pornhub geladen hast.
Derzeit und bei mir jedenfalls bekomme ich bei pornhub nur HLS streams daher: Du musst das Problem richtig beheben und eine passende FFmpeg Version installieren.

Was bedeutet "nicht gehen"?
Sie werden nicht angezeigt oder sie werden angezeigt, lassen sich aber nicht laden?

Falls sie gar nicht erst angezeigt werden:
Dies ist kein Bug. Pornhub hat schon vor längerem angefangen, diese abzuschaffen und neuere Streamingtechnologien (HLS) zu verwenden.

Zuletzt wurden besagte Links nur noch an (ältere) Mac-Browser ausgeliefert.

(Das hatten wir in unser Plugin eingebaut und nun scheint der "Trick" nicht mehr zu funktionieren.)

Wir haben das geprüft: Das http-workaround ist nicht mehr möglich.
Wir haben die dazugehörige Einstellungsmöglichkeit entfernt (Änderungen wirksam mit nächstem CORE-Update), um Verwirrungen zu vermeiden.
