Default oxycloud.com - huge CPU usage during downloading

Hello,
Since the beginning of december while I'm downloading from oxycloud.com (premium account) CPU usage is huge. It eats 75% into Ryzen 3700X.

My settings are as follows:
Max chunks per download: 5
Max simultaneous downloads: 5
Downloading to Samsung 960 Pro 512 NVME.

With artificial limit to 30 MB/s my CPU usage is ~50-60%. If I don't limit download rate and I'm downloading at ~75 MB/s it's 100% CPU usage and absolutely unusable PC.

What is happening?

I have a few other hosters (fileshark / real-debrid / filebit) and I'm downloading with the same settings with 100 MB/s speeds and its like nothing for this CPU.
