"Font scale Factor" issue....help.

Hi

I wanted to increase the font size of JD2 lists (DL&Linkgrabber links) but when I go into "Font scale factor" setting in advanced and increase it, I goto restart JD2, but when reloaded the font size has not changed.

Am I changing the wrong setting? Or is this broken?
