I do have a free filejoker account setup in JD, so maybe that's the difference if you don't have that. No account at all can present issues with some file sites.

Thanks, setting the max chunks and max downloads to 1 worked. After the Filejoker download started running, I increased the max downloads parameter and other files in the download queue started up.

I'd guess that the max chunks parameter set to anything other than 1 was the problem.

This is basically an old JD issue as JD cannot handle rejected connections well so filejoker is not to blame here.

And like the user above, i get error.html when trying to add the link to JD after doing the hcaptcha.

Sorry, no ETA.
If the download stops in browser midway, the same would probably happen in JD.

I am absolutely confused by this.
Yesterday, my jdownloader 2 disappeared from my Firefox browser (for Windows, Ver. 86.0) (drop down menus a nd add-on icon on the toolbar). After a while I updated JD, and then after refreshing all my file host accounts, my filejoker premium account won't even get to the captcha stage. All I now receive now is a
message that reads "ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key". I have read through your site on how to to fix this apparently re-occurring issue. Also, I have looked up on how to upload logs and again I remain clueless... this is totally incomprehensible to me.

In pure lay terms, can you advise me on how I can fix this error, or at least in simple terms how I can obtain a log, where is it saved and how I can post it to you and then you can tell me what the fix should be.

Both Windows 10 and Firefox are up to date, and PC has been rebooted a couple of times, but still nothing.

Hm either they've updated their login captcha and it is now also hcaptcha or something else is going on here.
Please post a DEBUG-log which shows your failed login attempts (enable debug mode first!).
Also maybe check your password before - maybe you've changed it in the meantime and your old password is still present in JD

Filejoker is broken for a few weeks for me already. I just checked it and it says "Unsupported captcha type hcaptcha" (free downloader). Would be cool if it could get fixed with the browser it works without problems.

For a long time I thought this was an error on the part of Filejoker, but now it seems the solution may lie with JD

I happen to have two premium Filejoker accounts, and nearly always use them with JD. When the quota for one account is exhausted, I keep getting this error message when Recaptcha is activated:

ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key

Filejoker making a habit of not responding to any support appeal, I have never found a way around this, so the second account is even more useless than the reseller who took to long to activate it.

I have used Chrome with it's JD-extension for years, hardly ever any trouble. On this forum I have read about some similar issues, but I do not understand the technical exchanges well enough to solve this thing.

Would anyone be able to describe the best fix for this problem?
