Default Uploaded.to files randomly gets CRC failed errors

Recently i keep getting random rar files with crc failed problems, this occurs few months ago but stop happening after few updates of jdownloaded and it occurs again since yesterday. out of several files i download sometimes 1 or 2 will occurs... i have lower the max speed, set max download to 1 and max connection to 1 as well, my hardisk is fine, check it several times, tested on different hdd as well.

any suggestion on how to i narrow down the problems? currently i just reset the file and redownload it, there is one file i tried 3 time still produce crc failed error , its about 3.9gb in size.

Check your memory with memtest86 and also your hdd/sdd with smart tools, so you know if this is hardware caused issue or firewall/av/drivers.

i open my kasperky firewall and check memory and hardisk, i suspect its my isp , since the speed of download randomize from full speed to slow to ultra slow, i want to complain to my consumer rights about my isp blocking and capping the uploaded.to speed, can anyone tell me what ports do their servers use? how do i check?

It's normal http(80) and https(traffic).
Did you really use memtest86 tool and NOT windows memory test?

yes ,everything was fine, i tried using IDM to get the same file sometimes i get cr2 errors too, and if i set max download speed to 800kps, my max is 1000mbps, i get less error and full speed in idm, but on jdownloader 2 i get mere 100kps to 80kps max speed even without speed limited on, i try enable limited the speed still slow, and i still get random cr2 errors...

I'm little confused about your given speeds?!

1000mbps are about 100mbyte/s
800kps are 100kbyte/s
100kps are 12 kbyte/s.

What is your internet speed?
Maybe you mixed the units and set wrong limit?

Did you try to use LAN cable instead of WAN?

im on lan, sorry typo on mobile, im using a 8mbps connections, with maxspeed reach 10mbps, i was trying to say usual speed i get 1000kbps to 900kbps , when i cap my IDM at 800kbps downloads usually is fine, but with jdownloaded, not only my downloads end up randomly has crc error, the speed is also really slow. from 100kbps to 50kbps.

How many connections to you use in JDownloader vs IDM?
Because I guess you use less connections in JDownloader whereas IDM uses many!?

Do you use LAN cable or WLAN?
tried a different cable or switch to LAN in case of WLAN?

i finally found the culprit, its kaspersky internet security, even when i whitelisted jdownloader ,somehow it will randomly cause the downloaded files has crc errors, i tested pausing or disable kaspersky then downloads with jdownloader , it never has any error once. tested on a week of downloads. then i tried enable it, and sure it has random errors.

wth damn kaspersky, before this was okay?

historically I believe this has been known to cause issues _https://www.google.com.au/search?q=kaspersky+causes+crc+issues
some of the results are mentioned on our forum

might have not caused issues before and now it does? internet security software is constantly changing to keep up with Jones (threats).

Firewall/AV can cause issues with files getting downloaded with multiple connections whereas browsers download with only 1
And of course Firewall/AV are intercepting the network connection can also have bugs and cause issues

Thanks for the feedback!
