For rule34.xxx The website bases its downloading off of tags and galleries to said tags. If the tag has a symbol, (,),.,;,: etc, the link will not grab. It puts the parenthesis or other symbol inbetween %28/ %29 For example: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** the tag is shirona (pokemon)
