Mal was anderes. Ich habe meine YT-Abos als RSS-Feed,muss dann nur rechtsklick und in die Zwischenablage da der Link im Reader direkt auf das Video verlinkt. Manchmal kommt der Link im Feed aber so :"yt:video:LhCxdJxePzo" anstatt "**External links are only visible to Support Staff**. Der Linkgrabber sieht sich das zwar in der Zwischenablage an,kann damit aber nichts anfangen. Könnte man das eventuell einbauen ist momentan auch bei AlexiBexi im RSS feed so.

@Spacerat: Ich empfehle das über den Eventscripter zu machen, der den Inhalt der verarbeiteten Zwischenablage aufwertet und dann dieses Format ins *normale* umändert.

Ability to select audio tracks has been a much requested feature for a long time without success - and it seems it's going to be increasingly urgent. Why? When you look at Gerald Undone's new "joke" video at v=4OcP9XPb2kI ( **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** ), it has additional audio tracks, but they are described as automatic, which seems to be a novelty, an effect of a new feature available to creators.

The thing is, I am permanently stuck on French audio, video just reloads after selection of original track and still plays in French, also JDownloader sees only French track, so I'm not able to watch the video in any way... The more this "automatic dubbing" ( **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** ) feature will be in use, the less videos will be actually accessible or worth downloading.

Previously the audio track needed to be explicitly recorded by the creator, which was an additional cost for them, so this made sense to keep in backlog support for a feature that was rarely present in the wild, but now with automation there is a growing risk, that the effect of dubbing will be as disastrous for JDownloader users as "outdated plugin" or permanent Access Denied coming from the server.

i reset the plugin from setting-plugin-youtube and readded the account cookies and it worked again, previously i had unchecked the file type it grabs like it grabs texts, audio, subtitle, photos which are not needed as everyone only needs videos but it grabs 5 other files along with it which makes link grabbing slow because youtube link grab is very slow. Can we make youtube plugin more simpler as it is complex because sometimes it grabs the same resolution with different format link. mp4, webm, wkv and even on those same format it grabs sometimes lq or hdr version which we have no control over so the already downlaoded links will get download again because it sometimes grabs different version of the same format and resolution (LQ AND HDR)

when we copy the channel link like youtube.com/example does by default the app grabs all the videos, shorts, live, playlists even if other channel videos are added on it. ?

@jeonje: just disable unwanted variants and with default settings it will only show one result and not many different format.

Check plugin settings and there you can setup what to do, if only grab all videos or only the link/playlist that you've added.
What do you mean by "other channel videos"? when you add user , then only the videos from this user will be grabbed. if you add playlists, then the videos from that playlist.

1. I checked the plugin settings and got bit confused with all the options. By default does when channel page is copied does it automatically add all files from these tabs. Shorts, videos, playlists, live.

2. the youtube cookie expires in 10-15 minutes without it cant download even normal files.

3. download speed and link grab is extremely slow like 1mb download speed in 200 mbps connection and link grabs slow.

1.) go to bottom and in collections, only enable those types that you are interested in.
See "Profile crawl mode", default is "uploads of users" and only grabs the videos. this only grabs the videos of the channel. other mode only grabs what link you are adding. there is no mode for *all videos+ all shorts + all playlists*.

2.) it's important to properly export cookies, see https://support.jdownloader.org/de/k...n-instructions

It is not recommended to use your current/normal browser session

Please export dedicated cookies only for JDownloader

3.) yt want you to watch the videos, not download them. JDownloader has no influence on speed

@jeonje: videos that do require login or in case bot detection happens, those links will result in error state entry. you can then add/refresh cookies and then rightclick reanalyze those links. most likely grabbed links without cookies when required will fail in error state

i have tested and this happening to my problem when i successfully added account using proper cookies method as posted by jdownloader all links go to offline links and whatever downloads are runing stops. But when i remove the account it starts downloading again but this time links gets added but 30-40% link still go in offline links. i changed multiple times to different country in vpn but nothing solves the issue.

@jeonje: yt is trying to detect this and starting to block access. you may use different accout. recent reports of same issue before. In doubt, please provide a debug log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/de/k...d-session-logs
Enable debug mode, restart JDownloader, reproduce the issue and then create log and post logID here

JDownloader with default settings doesn't detect some of the audio bitrate variants (32, 35, 160 kbps) that NewPipe can download.

Great, confirmed! Hidden a bit inside "Add Additional Variants", but is there, if anyone else is looking for this and is a bit lost on where language choice is. It's also possible now to add *LNG* markup to video names for better readability.

(I was a bit confused at first, why were there two en-US variants, it turned out I have misread es-US)

@goratnik: thanks for the feedback, yes the support is *fresh* and not finalized yet. with next major update the detection of original, dubbed, dubbed auto will be added (with original being preferred)

@SMS: I was unable to find any 160kpbs stream. Don't know what NewPipe is telling or what stream itag that should be. You can verify it by yourself via other tools. itag for 32 and 35 are supported by JD but are not found as it works slighty different and thus doesn't *see* those. Will look into it but no promises

@molitar: That solution blacklists the whole plugin. You could have also just created a filter in Settings->Linkfilter and a rule that matches those links you don't want to be processed by JDownloader

OK, so maybe one day or two days the Linkgrabber works to show YouTube videos as online therefore ready for download, but the other day it doesn't (Content offline - sign in to... the YouTube message)

These past weeks, when it has worked, I haven't added any YouTube account -or updated the cookies, actually (Account login isn't working), I have been able to download without the need for such account.
