created new user on mbp, can't download - osx 14
hi
I created a new user (with admin rights) on my mbp, and can't download anything with downloader - osx 14.7 do you know, which setting I have to check? in osx settings I gave jdownloader full disc access. thx |

@beamy: what error is shown? maybe you have to allow your user write/access permission on the download drive/location? checked if the path is correct?
In doubt, please provide a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/de/k...d-session-logs Reproduce the issue, create log and post logID here

in osx settings I allowed jdownloader full disc access.
in my new user: when I close jdownloader and reopen, the file to download is simply gone. I have to re-add. this error symbol is shown: see below and when I change download folder path to the new user, its saved, but when I change and login in my old user, its set to the "old" user by default. this means I cannot share jdownloader app with 2 users, I understand.
