Kann keinen turbobit.net Premium Account anlegen
Hallo,
am 23.04.2023 habe ich meinen alten Turbobit-Account wieder reaktiviert und einen 6-Monats-Zugang erworben. Die ersten Tage konnte ich problemlos über JD downloaden. Vor kurzem wollte ich wieder Dateien runterladen, mein Account wurde aber nur noch als Free angezeigt. Eine Aktualisierung änderte nichts. Auf der Turbobit-Webseite kann ich mich problemlos mit denselben Daten anmelden. Ich habe trotzdem dort mein Passwort geändert und Sonderzeichen entfernt. Aber auch mit den neuen Daten zeigte mir JD nur einen Free Account an. Daraufhin habe ich den Account im JD gelöscht und versucht, neu anzulegen. Das gelingt nun überhaupt nicht mehr, da mir angezeigt wird, dass das PW oder der Benutzername nicht passt. Benutzername ist die E-Mail-Adresse. Ein andere Benutzername ist bei Turbobit nicht möglich. Das Passwort habe ich auch per Hand eingegeben. Eine Captcha Abfrage bei Anmeldung habe ich nicht aktiviert. Der Download im Browser funktioniert mit voller Geschwindigkeit. Jetzt bin ich ratlos. Über einen Tipp würde ich mich freuen. Wenn ich eine Logdatei hochladen soll, schreibt bitte, welche. Es gibt 33 Dateien mit Inhalt. In der Logdatei für die Anmeldung an Turbobit steht aber auch nichts Besonderes.

Turbobit.net hat den Key eines Cookies geändert nach dem JD geprüft hatte "bin ich eingeloggt?". Effektiv also eine Webseitenänderung seitens turbobit.net/hitfile.net.
