Default Problem with Upstore Premium

My upstore premium account no longer works. When I try to add the username/password, I get the message:

Code:
Cannot add Account because
Invalid username/password!
Ungültiger Benutzername oder ungültiges Passwort!
I can log into my account on the upstore website in Firefox with no problems.

Fixed!

I've committed source changes, the plugin update will be available within JD2 shortly after, older versions of JDownloader you will need to wait for the next update cycle to take place. No ETA provided.

I could add the account, but now I get an error saying "Free accounts are not supported for this host!"

Account is confirmed premium on the upstore website.

Since raztoki said he fixed the problem, I could say he already has a premium account. Isn't it raztoki?
Btw, I thought psp (pspzockerscene) would take care of this problem.

mjolnir870 probably using JD0.9 at a guess?

The account I tested with was provided on the ticket system, and was premium.

As I stated, updates are out for JD2, other versions of JD will need to wait for the next plugin update cycle.

Getting the same error, account works for a few minutes and then says 'Free Accounts not supported' etc.

hmm ok, maybe different account type or they changed website again. Can you private message your user:password via private message and I'll have a look at it for you. Also if you could send me some example links to test download method, I'll do that at the same time!

I don't think the problem is caused by any particular download links. The account just seems to timeout.

I didn't see any non premium downloads for upstore.

I added your account without any problems, did require captcha event though.

Sorry for late reply, is the account info and link still needed?

Problem isn't adding the accounts (after a catpcha), it stays premium for a while and then gives the 'Free account can't be added' message. If there was a plugin update, will wait and see if that message reappears.

account is not needed! I've rewritten large component of the account handling in respects to restoring previous account session(cookie related).

please update JDownloader 2 and restart client, after restart jd will perform an account update. You might need to answer a captcha, after five minutes refresh account again you shouldn't get captcha this time.

Please give some feedback over the next day!

The account premium is not accessible. JD says "wrong username/password" when the username and password are corrected.
Could you verify?

Seem raztoki has made an improvement for this plugin. Please update your JD2 (If you are using this) and check If the problem still persists. If so, please post your log, and send your account as said previously.

I'm not finding the same success. When I enter my username and password, (as I am trying to add Upstore as a new account) I get the request for the captcha; however the captcha is not recognized (despite several, several attempts). I get the message "cannot add account, becasue incorrect captcha. Account disableed)
Depite updating Jdownloader 2, and starting the program over on several attempts, I just seem unable to get by that captcha.

I have exactly the same problem as reported by neoflex. I removed upstore.net premium 3 days ago and tried to add it again and always ended up by receiving the message ""cannot add account, because incorrect captcha. Account disabled".

hmm can you provide debug logs please?

account checking isn't logged unless debug mode is enabled.

settings > advanced Log: Debug Mode
restart might be required
add account,
on failure upload log from that session! How to post a log

behaves exactly the same way in browser.
first login triggers captcha
second login tells you that you're user:pass is invalid.
<span class="error">Wrong email or password.</span>

please bring this up with the hoster, as its clearly hoster issue when you can not login in browser either.

direct login @hoster works fine.
At first login I typed the right captcha, second was wrong. It seems to make no difference what response (captcha) I send, always get the same message. The same when I try a re-captcha.

Yep you're right, it was a problem with my login. I had no problem to login at the hoster. I signed out, did a password reset, signed in and changed the password. Tried to add the account in JD2... and it worked
