Nitroflare.com premium plugin out of date error / general error
I have Nitroflare premium, and it has worked well until today. Now I get a plugin out of date error, and a general error when using Nitroflare. If I go to Nitroflare's site and solve a captcha and restart Jdownloader the download will complete, but I can't cue up several downloads.
Edit: Sorry this should have been posted on International Board with Jdownloader 2 issues. I re-posted the issue over there, but I can't delete this post. Last edited by simonmoon; 18.05.2020 at 05:31. Reason: Post belongs with Jdownloader 2 |

Nitroflare plugin out of date error / general error
I have Nitroflare premium, and it has worked well until today. Now I get a plugin out of date error, and a general error when using Nitroflare and Jdownloader 2. If I go to Nitroflare's site and solve a captcha and restart Jdownloader 2 the download will complete, but I can't cue up several downloads, and have had to randomly repeat this process several times.
Edit: After changing my VPN from Cloudflare DNS to Google DNS the issue seems to have gone away. Although I see the sticky Annoucement about the random plug-in defect, this issue isn't currently affecting me. Edit: issue is back Last edited by simonmoon; 18.05.2020 at 23:02. No changes on nitroflare since 23.03.2020. Sounds like sort of temp. issue or something caused by ISP/DNS/Firewall... When it happens again, please provide a debug log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs

Same issues as OP with Premium Nitroflare.com
I have precisely the same issue as the original poster. Premium Nitroflare worked perfectly with JD Downloader until 17 May 2020 as well.
I always use a VPN for downloads. Log: 19.05.20 23.14.31 <--> 19.05.20 23.16.09 jdlog://1058915302851/ Vielen Dank for the help! |

Hi again,
as said we did not change anything. All of your logs imply that you would have to solve a captcha to be able to continue downloading in premium mode when using a VPN - please verify this via browser. Also I'am unable to help you without login credentials so maybe one of you would be so kind to send me his logindata via PN - you can change your password again once I'm done fixing this. -psp- EDIT Here a snippet of your log / nitroflare website: Code:
<div style="padding-bottom: 18px;" id="dl_section"> <div id="locked_content" style="width: 228px;"> <p id="captcha-message"> To get rid of the captcha, please avoid using a dedicated server or a VPN. </p> <div style="margin-top: 4px;" id="locked_div"> @rtper Wir supporten auch auf Deutsch falls du das bevorzugst

I have a similar problem with NF.
Initially did not recognised my premium account. Deleted and tried to add again. Now is in a continuous loop check (see img). I can login through browser without any issue and download any direct link. https://postimg.cc/vDNWr6dm Edit: Solved account verification issue. For me apparently the CAPTCHA plugin decided to not work on Mozilla. Deleted re-installed, solved CAPTCHA manually and account was verified in seconds. Now everything is bck to normal. Nitroflare Premium still requires Captcha with each download when using VPN
Nitroflare is now saying that using a VPN even at Premium will result in a captcha for each download package. This is a pretty heavy penalty since some of us will get warning letters from our ISP's if we do not use a VPN.
My first question is if I start a Nitroflare download without a VPN (and without a captcha), then startup the VPN after the Nitroflare downloads commence -will the entire download be entirely unprotected or mostly protected by the VPN? Seems to me the latter should apply. A second question: isn't a VPN required for Nitroflare downloads to protect ourselves from scrutiny or is the Nitroflare download encrypted end-to-end. In any case thank-you. |

@gallex
Thanks for your answer! @jimjones Which ISP sends our warning letters when using a certain website? Regarding your question: Nitroflare is just another filehost and they are using https which is pretty much standfard by nowdays. Apart from your ISP issue I personally do not see any reason for the need of a VPN when using Nitroflare. Does the VPN Captcha work in JDownloader? We've implemented it but were unable to test it ... -psp-

@jimjones: VPN doesn't protect the download. It only hides your real IP.

Tyvm
VPN's, at least my VPN, does encryption in addition to cloaking/hiding.
Appreciate the comment about Nitroflare using https which clarifies the issue for me. TY. The captcha seems to work and was working earlier in the afternoon a few days ago. But latter that night, I would solve the captcha successfully but then be asked by JDownloader to solve the captcha again and again without success. I've taken the tack of starting the NF downloads with the VPN off and then turning the VPN on when the downloads have started. After that, when I start new downloads in JD for NF, they work without captchas even with though the VPN now on. I'm not a 100% on this and will try it again tonight to be sure. |

Quote:
Server->HTTP->Client With VPN Server->HTTP->VPN->Encrypted Tunnel->Client The web request still is unencrypted and VPN server can see the traffic. VPN just encrypts the traffic between VPN Server and your Client.

Does this help?
Not sure what "create a log" does but here is the output link:
27.05.20 12.50.01 <--> 26.05.20 01.39.19 jdlog://6860025302851/ As a guess, the logs are compiled on the JDownloader server? |

Log shows that Nitroflare requests the "To get rid of the captcha, please avoid using a dedicated server or a VPN." captcha and then you abort the download/captcha "externalStop". It also shows that something kills the download connection "java.net.SocketException: Connection reset", try to set max connections/downloads to lower values.
Logs are uploaded to our server and stored encrypted on fully encrypted server and auto removed after timeout.

If Nitroflare uses https, your ISP can't see what you are doing, just that you are connecting to an ip / port. If Nitroflare isn't using https, then yes they can see what you are downloading
the only difference (vis a vis the isp) if Nitoflae is using https and you using a vpn is that your isp can no longer see that you are connecting to a specific ip/port. they still can't see what you are actually downloading. |

Nitroflare Premium and VPN requiring captcha
I'm also having problems for the last few days with Nitroflare Premium. It only happens when using VPN.
It requires captcha answers using reCAPTCHA, and NOT the CloudFare/hCaptcha problem mentioned elsewhere. And I have lowered to 1 download per host with no success. I also have changed the password on the account, AND deleted and recreated the account without any change. The captcha keeps going and going and going with every solve. I've gone 10 repeats on solving before cancelling. |
