Uptobox (premium) - synology
Hello,
For the past few days I have been having a download problem on my nas (ds218j). Before I could download at 70MB/s, now I'm more than 8MB/s (on uptobox only). I have tried with or without the "GeneralSettings: Prefer Bouncy Castle For TLS" setting and I have the "15.0.1+9 (32Bit)" version of java. CPU around 50% ! Change of SSL encryption? Bugs? To see on the screenshot... Thanks. Bugs ? A voir sur la capture... Merci **External links are only visible to Support Staff** Last edited by banzai; 03.12.2020 at 09:21. |

Your NAS has ARM CPU without hardware encryption support, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...ng-downloading

Yes I know, but before this week, no problem with uptobox with https !
And as you can see on screenshot, CPU is not at 100% ! only 50% used ! not solved, or not explain ! Last edited by banzai; 03.12.2020 at 12:25. |

Slow speed can have multiple causes - please additionally read this slow speed troubleshooting guide.

@banzai: it must not be 100% cpu for slow downloads. Most likely this huge drop is caused by https AES GCM cipher in use.
7MB/s at 50%, CPU, there is no way to make this 70MB/s with the rest 50% cpu

You will find the setting under Settings -> Plugins -> uptobox.com -> Use https for downloads
Default = on so you will have to disable it. Wartest du auf einen angekündigten Bugfix oder ein neues Feature? Updates werden nicht immer sofort bereitgestellt! Thanks for the feedback Please know that such a *solution* does only work as long as the hoster doesn't enforce https server side.

I've contacted the uptobox staff.
They know about this issue and did not act as if they wanted to enforce https in the future -psp-
