Lightbulb Don't add shutdown delay when no network activity?

I noticed that when I start JDownloader and exit, the .exe immediately terminates. Desired behavior.
When there is a download in progress and I exit the application it takes quite a few seconds for the .exe to terminate.
When I press download and some hoster "replies with" a cooldown and I exit there is also a shutdown delay. There should not be a shutdown delay in that instance?
I can imagine you added said feature to allow buffers to be written to disk or something. But if there is no network activity it seems redundant to do so?

JD tries to close connections properly which is probably your issue.
There is no way around it atm.
